Sarah Alshahrani is a PhD student in Applied Linguistics at the University of Birmingham and a lecturer at the College of Arts at Bisha University, Saudi Arabia.
Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language with First Class Honours from King Khalid University in Saudi Arabia, and a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics for Language Teaching with Merit from Kingston University London.
Sarah is interested in Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL), informal language learning and teaching contexts, and teh use of different technologies for learning and teaching languages. She is working on a project that looks into the value of YouTube videos for incidental grammar learning.
