Irene holds a BA in Mathematics and graduated in 2020 with a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Birmingham.

Her primary interest lies at the intersection of the Humanities with Computer Science. She is particularly interested in the use of machine learning techniques and computational linguistics to develop a deeper understanding of linguistics and natural languages.

During her time with the Out of our Minds team, she was our NLP Specialist.
