Dr Dražen Domijan is an Associate Professor at the University of Rijeka, Croatia. His main research interest is the development and testing of new neural networks for visual perception, attention and conceptual processing. This entails interdisciplinarity that crucially involves the application of methods from mathematics and computer science. More specifically, Dražen's work involves meticulous development of hypotheses that are testable formally, with the goal to understand the relationship between neural activity and its behavioural and cognitive consequences.
